The story of Tversted School

Tversted Skole was founded in 1956, but it was closed in 2015, and the yarn company Isager bought it. The former library and assembly room is now used for warehouse and administration for Isager and in 2022 a new warehouse was built as an extension to the existing warehouse.

The former teacher’s residence is now a Guesthouse with room for up to 27 guests in 7 rooms. See more under Rooms.
The old classrooms are being used by crafts people, see worksholps.

The workshops have a small shop in the hallway. Here you can buy products made in the workshops. You can pay with MobilePay and there is also wrapping paper if you want to use your purchase as a gift.

The former Kindergarden, which was established in 2005, will from 2023 become the Isager Flagship store. The store on Skagensvej 74 will be changed into a wool center, Uldens Hus (House of Wool), where you can learn more about wool and other fibers.
